All returns are subject to approval by Koastal Skateboards and must reference a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. We do not assume responsibility for merchandise damaged or lost in transit. Any return received as a result of a refused shipment without the prior approval of Customer Service is subject to reshipping charges and / or a 15% restocking charge.
